The state of Minnesota recognizes that they are fighting the crystal meth battle on two sides. The first issue is that Mexican Drug Trafficking organizations are transporting and distributing crystal meth throughout the entire state. These traffickers typically send methamphetamine in 10-20 pound shipments via various forms of transportation, to include commercial vehicles, passenger bus lines, and private automobile.
